At COEUR DE LION, every single piece of jewellery is still lovingly made by hand. In the firm's Stuttgart studios, more than 40 employees create and produce premium jewellery for discerning customers all over the world.
Only the best and most exquisite components are used – like gleaming steel, shimmering crystals or sturdy catches. Because quality is the only thing we don't understate.
Head designer Carola Eckrodt sums up the starting point for her design concept in a nutshell: "In the colder season, two basic moods come into play: the need for protection and cosiness and the desire to remain active even when the weather is bad. The collection is meant to do justice to both moods."
COEUR DE LION jewellery demonstrates that vivid colours and understatement are by no means mutually exclusive. Or as Carola Eckrodt would say: "Restraint is probably the nicest way there is to stand out from the crowd."
With its tone-in-tone gradations of noisette, almond brown, Persian grey and warm camel, the new autumn/winter collection conveys a comforting feeling and creates a sense of cosiness.
By way of contrast, vivacious colours like crimson, fuchsia, emerald, topaz or dark turquoise stand for energy and drive – combined or in trios and sometimes with black too.
